WARRANTY AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Except as may be expressly set forth in the product invoice, ASTRIDIS PRO srl makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Motorcycles can be dangerous. ASTRIDIS PRO srl has no control over the usage of any part and expects their customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. ASTRIDIS PRO srl assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person. ASTRIDIS PRO srl shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever. All matters shall be interpreted under the laws of Romania.
All merchandise distributed by ASTRIDIS PRO srl is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship only. Final decision will be made in a just and prompt manner. Replacement will be limited to parts only and does not include labor claims of any type. If the manufacturer has a written warranty, it will be included with the item you purchased. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable for consequential damages.

Return Policy :
If you are not completely satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased item, you may return the item to ASTRIDIS PRO srl within 30 days from the ship date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in resellable condition in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. ASTRIDIS PRO srl reserves the right to determine if an item is in resellable condition. Please adhere to the following guidelines for returning merchandise to ASTRIDIS PRO srl:
1. You must obtain authorization from ASTRIDIS PRO srl prior to returning an item. To receive authorization, you will need to email the following address and request a Return Authorization (RA) number:

Please include your Order Number in your request and which specific item(s) you have intentions on returning to ASTRIDIS PRO srl and your brief explanation on why you are returning an item(s).
2. Once ASTRIDIS PRO srl issues a Return Authorization Number you may return the item(s). Please read and understand the following conditions.
Conditions of Returned Merchandise:
A. Returns must include the original ASTRIDIS PRO srl invoice or packing slip with the Return Authorization (RA) number.
B. ASTRIDIS PRO srl will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.
C. Once you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number you may return item(s), in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner's manuals, etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restock fee.
D. Returns without the complete original packaging will be charged a 20€ handling fee.
E. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
F. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
G. Returns must be shipped to ASTRIDIS PRO srl via UPS for tracking purposes. ASTRIDIS PRO srl assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. We recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
H. Returning merchandise nullifies your ability to take advantage of any promotions that may be associated with the order.
